Do you offer fabric swatches?

Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches. Swatches can be ordered through our website, or by emailing your dedicated customer care rep. We do not offer full-sized samples of our product.

Keep all your items looking their best with these general care tips:

  • Avoid products containing benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids and chlorine bleach. These items may include: skin care and acne medication, hair products and dyes, cosmetics, toothpastes and household cleaning products.
  • Do not use fabric softeners, dryer sheets, harsh liquid or powdered detergents.

Thread count actually isn't the best way to measure the quality of your bedding – in fact, it's largely a marketing gimmick – which is why you won't find it listed in our product descriptions.

Rest assured our bedding is of the highest quality and durability.

All of our towels are Oeko-Tex certified.

Ordering and Shipping

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale orders?

There is no order minimum. We're pleased to offer industry exclusive pricing to our approved partners, no matter how many items they need.

Within the US, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

We take care to package orders so they arrive safely, without breakage or spillage.

Your order will arrive in materials made from recycled content.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
